Boxpleating app?

Post by loganorigami »

I'm not looking for anything too complex that constructs crease patterns or anything, just a grid and a straight line tool that lets you snap lines to grid points. Does anyone know of such an app? I often get ideas while I'm out and about and forget them later, so it would be good to have something to quickly jot them down. :D

The closest thing I know of is oripa, except it doesn't seem to work on newer computers and is a pain to convert the files to simple pictures.

Else you always have the free inkscape (vector drawing program) which has the option to show a reference grid in the background (on which you can snap your lines to the grid intersections).

Hope that helps!

I've always wished there was an app for Oripa; that would be really convenient.
