MC vs. Wheat Paste...Something I noticed

So, I usually use MC, but the store I went to was out. They did have wheat paste, which I had heard Yoshizawa used to use, and was a decent (albeit bug attracting) alternative to MC. Something I thought I would mention that I noticed is that when wetfolding paper that has been backcoated with wheat paste, it's noticeably more sticky. To the point that my fingers were sticking to parts and pulling layers out of place. Just something to consider.
