Swivel-Reverse fold?

I am drawing some diagrams an i want to know how this fold should be called? maybe Swivel-Reverse fold? Or just Swivel fold?

Whatever program you used to create the diagrams should be able to do it. You should be able to edit the pages together, or you could do it the messy way and make a new page and copy-paste.

Search for "pdfsam" . It's quite easy to use.

CutePDF has a function where you can combine separate pages. That way works better especially when editing your diagrams, because you can still edit the pages separately and then just add them later... Hope that makes sence. Anyway, that's what I use.
Oh, you can also add headers or footers, page numbers etc, so check it out.

There is also "PDF Blender". It's a good program for that. :wink:

@Johnnycakes: The program PauliusOrigami uses, inkscape, is an SVG editor, and does not support multiple pages because that is not a feature in strict SVG
