Langs pill bug... complex for me, but for you?
I have robert langs insect book, awsome book, and i was wondering if anyone has acomplished the pill bug/rolley polley? It looks amazing
well prefolds are (especially with more complex models) a nessity. a good precrease is kind of like a good strong foundation, without it your finished model will turn out strange and may be impossible to fold. as is the case with lang's pillbugg, the precreases do take a while but they are VERY important for collapsing it into a base that is used to create the many points that are the legs. they may be annoying sometimes but they are very important so just chug on through and just post again if you run into some problems.

You should get used to the pre-creaseswell infact i hate doing prefolds

Just make sure that, if you do it, you do it very carefully
But, for not-too-complex models with lots of pre-creases, it will work

Reminds me of something I was told once...apparently someone didn't read the Prologue or Epilogue of a book...thinking they weren't part of the story...like the opening and ending credits or something...where do people get these ideas?
