Cardstock cracking

Post by doublecdub »

I'm attempting to make a sturdy box that would work to hold a piece of handmade jewelry and be sturdy enough to be shipped anywhere. I thought to use cardstock however it cracks when I run the bone folders along the edge. Most other paper I've tried has been too thin and the box feels really weak. Any ideas on what to try?

Thanks!!!

elephant hide or watercolour paper could do the job. fold it wet and let it dry.

Try wet folding the cardstock.
