What do you mean by corner folds?
Art is about creation. It is about self-expression. It is giving form to something within you.

I try my best to make the best folds I can, pre creasing and practice practice practice...

I also manipulate the paper some times, if the fold is not going to line up, I will roll it a little then crease, or lightly crease to get where I want then press hard to get the solid crease.

One very basic thing is the very beginning of all. Make sure your piece of paper (square, rectangle, triangle, whatever) is accurate.

np... I also forgot to add, Take your time and use paper you can handle, some times too large or too small makes folding harder to do, I manly use the 3x3 and 5x5 inch paper, but Im no master folder ;)
