What is this Kamiya title - no new book for sure

Don't get happy about the discovery of a new Satoshi Kamiya book, because this is certainly not it, but on amazon.com I found a book by him called: Kinsei ni okeru hyakusho no tochi shoyu: Chusei kara kindai e no tenkai (Rekishi kagaku sosho)

If you Google this title it says it is a 360 page book, published in 2000 and called The Works of Satoshi Kamiya.

My question: was there a Japanese version of his first book (that is now known to be bilingual)? And is the 360 page thing a mistake? (obviously)

or is there someone else called Staoshi Kamiya.

My conjecture: Satoshi Kamiya here is not the Satoshi Kamiya we now.

I wish he'd just through all his published models of convention books and magazines in a Work volume 2. I'd definitely buy it
