I used a Nikon coolpix 4300
Well, my red/cyan image doesn't have the central shot, either, only the animated one does.

Mine also has no colour in the image, because I've always found that colours in the image usually interfere with the red and cyan and alter the 3D effect.
A few of your images have this problem, especially the first one where the curtain in background is barely visible in the left eye.

My Jack-in-the-box is orange, and the background was white, so adding red over the top would have made it almost completely disappear, I think.

Still, it's nice to see some more 3D origami!

You are right, black and white images work better in anaglyph
If you look closely at that first image and the others you'll see that they are a little blurry, the subjects were in front of the window, without curtains there were too much sun, with curtains not enough light (at least for my camera)

I made some experiments with animated gif's and strangely I can see only some but not all them.
For example here

I can see "animated" only the first "miniatura" the other one and the big picture appear as static immages.

I didn't notice that, actually. And I'm so used to using a tripod for my own photos that I guess I expect others to use one, too.

The second smaller one isn't animated anyway. But I can see the other two.

It's strange that you can view some and not other animations.
  :-({|=
These three should be animated, too.

I can only assume that GIFs which are larger than a certain size are displayed as static images, either because Opera (or something else) thinks that they're not animated, or just to save on memory or CPU power.

In any case, following Hank's example, I made a web page which cycles through the images.
See it here. It's the same animation as the GIF, but using separate images. It should be about the same speed, too, but it might depend on your connection speed.

It's not quite the same effect as the anaglyph, but it's more accessible to people without the glasses.

I made an animated GIF with GIMP using your pictures (in that link you provided, by the way it was working for me), this new GIF is working.
Probably there something in how the GIFs are formed...
