Mine is Roman Diaz. His animal models are absolutely amazing, and they're some of my favourite models ever.

Robert Lang started me out folding with his book "Origami in Action"

Satoshi Kamiya inspired me to pick it up again with his amazing models.

Hideo Komatsu - his models have a very clean geometric appearance, that manages to be organic and fluid as well. To me, his models contain the pure essence of his subjects, nothing more, nothing less. There is no extraneous complexity in his models, only what needs to be there to convey the subject.
If you can't fold it, try a bazooka.

my favorite designer is Brian chan for his bugs.
and the most influencial one is Satoshi kamiya because of the detail and lifelikeness of his models.
