Hard question because they are all outstanding - you should definitely try to collect them all. I'd suggest the following order:
Licence to fold - great range of subjects and styles
Origami Essence - includes some simple but very clever folds through to complex. Diaz's sequences are very enjoyable and rarely frustrating.
Origami For interpreters - did I mention Diaz's sequences are actually fun
50+ Hour - great range of styles and subjects, several require a lot of shaping/artistic skill.
Origami Sequence - I found Quentin's models and paper requirements really pushed me. Very hard to get a good result on a first attempt.
Passion Origami - may be at the bottom of this list but still an excellent set of clever and unique models
Of course the above is just my opinion and your results may vary.

Thank you Bubo for your input i check all of the books on the website and they're very good i'm still deciding on either getting Origami Essence or Origami Sequence. Since most of the books i own are by Robert Lang and John Montroll.
