The contents look great! I am however a little upset that no insects are in the book ;)

you can probably catch a fly or a mosquito and place it somewhere inside this wonderful book.

cowburger13: Bernie Peyton (as far as I know) doesn't have any insects. I know the entire contents of the book, and I have even folded from this book (I folded with Bernie at the Centerfold convention) and there are no insects in this book. I think you will be amazed at the rest of the book. I have folded most of the things on the desert page, and I'm still going to buy it though. Just wait till the rest of the contents are released. Insects are not all the origami world has to offer... When you get this book (if you do), look at how these are made. The structure and folding sequence are amazing.

There is more after the desert section? Wow! Yeah, I haven't seen much of Bernie's work, but from what I can tell they are complex, yet very emotional and artistic! He does have some insects, but I'm not sure if they are box pleated or not.

There is still the forest part, which in my opinion is the best part ever. And not only are there the models, but there are practically every variation of them too. There are around 6 different cacti if I remember, for example. I folded two of them. They are amazing! I folded them at centerfold.

Also, there are 6 diagrams on a CD that are too much to diagram. I won't tell you those (I know them, but I want them to be a surprise for you).

Bernie Peyton has two insects, as far as I know (I just checked his Flickr), his ant and pillbug (I don't think it is called that.

Eco-origami is available for order today !
Nicolas Terry just announced the great news via his twitter site .
The book , DVD, and e-book option will make for a perfect Christmas present to enjoy all year !
There's also a gift set, with papers, available for those with deeper pockets ....
Of course, for those who don't already have origami-shop papers , it is a great combo to ensure that one may start folding right away, with a nice selection of papers !
May I wish success to all who cope with the mountains & valleys of Life,
with all its peaks & depths, as well as Origami .
