History of Origami
I am writing a research paper on the history of origami (ONLY the history) and would greatly appreciate if anyone can give any websites or databases where I can find some resources. My aim is to give the history on two different styles: classical/traditional, and modern. Also I need to have at least 10 sources and it must be 2000-3000 words in length so the longer and more varied the articles, the better.
Re: History of Origami
Google "History of Origami" and look for David Lister, Joseph Wu, and Robert Lang ... that should lead you to more than 10 references online. Also, look for Robert Harbin, Lillian Oppenheimer, and Akira Yoshizawa.
Finally, Look for Chinese, Japanese, Arab, Moor, and Spanish branches, as well Papiroflexia and pajarito.
That should do you for 5000 - 10000 words, somewhat redundant.
