Wedding gift origami

Hi all,
I have to attend a wedding, and I'd love to gift an origami model. However, I am not quite sure as to what to give exactly. I have a few ideas and maybe people here can help me narrow down. I read other threads and googled a bit, but the confusion remains.

I'll fold the model and then get it encased or framed ( as the case maybe). I had thought of the following :

1) The Last Waltz

2) 3D Swan : It really looks nice. Easy to fold, though folding the modules is excruciatingly boring

3) Swan by Hoang Tien Quyet : One of the most beautiful models IMHO

4) Tesselations : They make good wall hangings once framed. I could put a battery and a couple of LEDs to provide backlighting.

5) Flower Tower

6) Modulars : Have very good impact, but I haven't zeroed in on a design as yet. Suggestions required.

Please give some inputs. Thank you.

Joseph Wu has a bride and groom model. The diagrams were on his site last I checked.

The Last Waltz is a classic wedding gift. If you know the wedding colors and can find/make appropriate duo paper, this would look good under a Doll Case on a wood stand, both from Hobby Lobby or Michaels.

The HTQ Swan is also a nice model.

Those two can be folded carefully as artful paper sculptures. Assuming that you've folded these before... Sara Adams has a video for the Last Waltz.

The others are nice Origami models.

I have folded all of the models before. I am also inclined towards 'The Last Waltz', but I got a bit confused as I took up folding again lately :P , so I thought that I'd ask a bit before taking a final call.
