How to create a single pdf file in inkscape

Hi there, I need some help.
I am almost finished with the diagrams for my goat. I used Inkscape to draw them. I've got around 11 separate pages all .svg Now I would like to know how I can turn them into a single .pdf file.

When you save the files there should be an option as to what file type to save it as, pick PDF. Then get a piece of software that compiles PDF's, such as PDF Sam and put the files into one PDF. Hope this helps

I´ve sent for example 4 PDFs (= 4 pages) to anna sometimes in the past xmas-books - no problem for her. as I know she can handle nearly every file-type.

Thank you both for your quick responses. Today I finished the diagrams and after some fiddeling around got the merge all 10 pages into a single file.
