Suppose i buy an Ebook from Origami-Shop to avoid all the shipping a printing cost, would it be legal to print the book from a local printer?

I'm no expert on the subject, but I would say yes, you can make a print. It might easier to fold from a printed book as it is to fold with a pc or laptop in front if you. As long as it is for your own use. Making multiple copies and handing them out to your friends or to sell them would be illegal.

I'd also say yes. You legally bought the pdf, therefore it should be no problem if you print it out for your own reference. I myself often buy the pdf along with the book especially to be able to print individual diagrams for me to carry along when I don't want to take the whole book along because of its weight and size. Don't understand me wrong, they are awesome books but sometimes I just want to fold something on the subway or so and then they are a bit heavy. On the copy I also don't have to worry that it gets dirty or wet, I can make another one whenever I want.
