Is there a box model that is the right size to store origami paper of the same size that was used to make the box? I want to make a box to hold all my 15 cm paper out of 15 cm paper.
Does this model already exist?
If not, is there any advice to go about designing said model?
The current idea is to have separate units for both the side and base sections of the box and then have them fit together, but I have no idea how to go about it. Also, the number of sheets used to make the model is not important.

There are 5 modular boxes that comply with some of your requirements. They are diagrammed in "Vicente Palacios' "Origami for Beginners" and the author is "Francisco Caboblanco", they are called "Square Box 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6.
