Who designed the "Puffy Stars"?

Does anybody know who originated the "Puffy Stars" origami?

Not sure about which puffy stars you mean. If you mean these stars:

(I call them Lucky Stars)

They're a traditional design like the crane and the flapping bird. Nobody's really sure who designed them.
