Nicolas,
You know there a couple of models I keep coming back to look at. Don't know if they are killer per se, but I think both of these Trollip pieces are both impressive from a design and display point of view:

(Personally I like the Canada Lynx a bit more, but that may be cat thing.)
Regardless of what you think about these items, all the best with the project!

I assume this topic is still active?
I would like to have my model in a future publication.
True Love, designed by MotherOfThree
Actually, there are already published diagrams in the Christmas Origami Book, but they are in very bad quality, and it would be great if I could reach more people. (And that's abit awkward by now, since not much people have access to this book.)

Hi Nicholas,
Congrats on your DoT 2! It looks neat
However, I know its quite late, but I just got a new design here, its a Mako Shark, folded from your Satogami paper:
Here's the Flickr page, it also has the different angle of the shark :

Maybe one day it can be used for DOT3, just for your reference

Hello
If you are still looking for models for your next book, I would recommend the hamster by Katsuta Kyohei:

It is looking like an intermediate or simple model to me, but it is very cute. And it is different from other models I know (there are some similar rabbits or mouses for example, but this one is really unique). Unfortunately there seems to be no diagrams yet. It has been presented at the 23th Tanteidan convention.
