Firstly, Happy New Year! I wish you all a Happy, Healthy, Secure and Prosperous 2017.
I'd like to make a model as a gift for one of my long standing clients to thank them for hiring me as a photographer.
Any ideas? Size and complexity and be anything. Happy to buy diagrams/books in needed for instructions. Just needs to be impressive
Help please! Gift for a client.

Maybe you could fold a photocamera? I do not know of a diagrammed model though...

As far as I remember an old version of the diagrams is available for free online as well

Thanks, camera is a cool idea. I'm thinking maybe also a mobile they can hang in their office, perhaps with seagulls, or pehaps a set of floral pots by Nick Robinson, always liked that model.
