Contacting Origami authors for permissions.instruction

I was interested too see who were the most helpful and least friendly authors around..Most people simply do not reply to comments ...others who do but don't offer much reciprocation...they only like the praise...others you support and they can't be bothered to fix errors like passwords not working for diagrams you be paid for..
If also like to share the experience I had of one nasty exchange with an artiste of whom I bought their book ..and they weren't in the least bit humble....if you want to find out who ..then join the conversation

Sunburst (Hubert Villenueve) seems like a friendly guy. I sent him a private message once about his Yellow Fairy CP and he replied within the next day. I don't think he has diagrams for sale anywhere but at least he will answer your questions if you have any.
Who am I?
