How to get a book published

Hello all,

Wondering what the process of getting a book published. What publishing house are available and cost associated to publishing a physical copy?

There was also a really good series of articles on the subject, in British Origami magazine, but you have to be a BOS associate to have access to the past issues.

You can publish and sell on Amazon. Kindle direct.
