The Origami Forum

This book just really helped me as a beginner to origami: The Encyclopedia of Origami by Nick Robinson. There aren't a lot of models but what is there has very clear instructions. I'm finding that the tools I learned in this book is making the diagrams from other books much more easily understood. I had to buy it in hardback which was about $30. I know there was a thread about good books but couldn't seem to locate it again to put this post in. Anyway, just putting a shout out to all the beginners like myself and hopefully giving them something that will help out.

This is one of my favourite books too, excellent diagrams and of course a wide variety of models. I've got his 'Origami Bible' and that's a fantastic book too.

Wouldn't "A Arte dos Mestres de Origami" of Mari Kanegae be a very good beginner's book? I mean, it's a very nice collection of models in different complexities. and that all for a really reasonable price.
