Hi everyone, this is my first post on here and wanted to ask if anyone knows how to fold a little pocket book?

I have known how to fold about 4 different things since i was a kid (10 or there abouts) My best one bieng the flapping bird in two different ways. But i am getting into it again and i have this urge lately to fold a neat little pocket book to write stuff like phone numbers on.

Well thanks in advance and i hope i get back into it as well as i want to.

Welcome to the forum.

One traditional book uses Czech origami society as member card. It is from traditional (masu) box, where one point of blintz-fold fold to oposite side of the paper and then finished box diagonally press (as doing open sink). Someone discussed it here, as far as I know.

Hans Birkelands site has some instructions for booklets of various numbers of pages and difficulty.

Just click on the picture of the one that looks most like what you had in mind.

Here's a CP for a book I just came up with, which was inspired by Brill's book in (I think) Brilliant Origami. Mine has 16 pages (actually 32 pages because each leaf has two sides):

I think the idea is similar to that of Hans Birkeland, but not identical.
