Hello!

I was testing Inkscape a few days ago and decided to make a quick diagram.
It's a glass...





With a drinking straw!

the diagrams really ended up being really quick (9 steps) but don't let it fool you. The model is actually quite hard and gets really thick. (I myself can't fold it well :/)

I'll make sure to fold this sometime today.

edit: Me being the lazy one I am, decided to try it with printer paper instead of cutting a piece of my thin paper. I don't think I need to tell you how badly it turned out.

I folded it on my way to work today, but am not very satisfied with the result. My cup just didn't want to stay in a nice shape. The diagrams have been clear enough for me and I really like the idea.

Just a note on the diagrams: It would be nice to see the colourchange in the last picture. I also wasn't aware until the end that the flaps that you fold in in step 7 stay visible.

It really is a hard model to do well, here's how I did it:
I first made the model to step 4, then wet-folded using a heavy book. After that I continued to the last step and then used some clothespins(?) to make it all hold in place.

I could show the color-change and the missing flaps, but the last picture is already so inaccurate... I may do that, you never know.
