the large bold letters in the middle just say "origami"
On the top, it says "colored origami" (I think, that first character is hard to make out)
The actual translation would be
"colored folding paper" on top
and
"folding paper" in the center
on the very bottom, it gives the size of the paper, and says "10 colors x 10 sheets 100 sheets"
The rest is too hard to make out because it is really sloppy "handwriting"

thank you so much. is it bad handwriting or poor image quality?
i was wondering if it was washi or something.

It's a little bit of both, but the handwriting is pretty bad.
The characters for 'washi' ( 和紙 japanese-style paper) aren't on there, so I would assume it's not
