Methyl Cellulose in the uk

for some reason the original topic i posted has gone missing... anywho, wallpaper paste is generally starch based now. if you want pure mc in the uk, its eaier to get "eco friendly" wallpaper paste, which, generally, is 100% MC.

Yeah, I live in the UK too, and I get my MC from Poundland :P. They sell bags of wallpaper paste (metyhl cellulose based) that make 11 litres, for £1 of course :D

i'll have to try this against the pure stuff, see what's different. Come to think about it, i dont think our branch stocked it. we have 3 pound shops in hartlepool within metres of eachother, and none of the are good for anything like this. im regularly seen exiting the store having bought absolutely nothing about 3 times a week.
