I really would enjoy to be able to have this book.

Few questions though.

1. Is there anywhere else to buy it than Here?

If not, how long approximately would it take to ship to FL, USA?

2. How much is 32.00 € in American money?

I can answer your second question: According to my Google Exchange Rate tool 32 Euros = 47.56 US Dollars

I believe it is only available in Nicholas Terry's shop.

I live in South Florida, I have ordered paper from his shop, and it took about 3 weeks to be delivered... although i think there might have been some delays in the shipping (not Terry's fault, the postal service i believe)

32 euro = $47.76
