New Robert Lang book-Origami Under The Sea

Post by gordigami »

According to Borders Bookstore, looks like Dr. Lang has an inviting new book forthcoming, apparently around July 15th, 2010, give or take .

The bookstore states that the content will be " Twenty-five appealing origami models of aquatic creatures: mollusks, crustaceans, frogs, fishes, and sea mammals. Projects range in difficulty from simple to complex " .

I'm hoping for an advance sale at OUSA 2010 Convention .
Optimism reigns supreme .
May I wish success to all who cope with the mountains & valleys of Life,
with all its peaks & depths, as well as Origami .

I had assumed this was a reprint of origami sea life, as the killer whale shown on the front of under the sea is also in sea life. However the other two models look new and whilst the new book has 25 models sea life has over 30.

John Montroll too...

Hi,

Like Origami Sea Life, this book is again jointly written by John Montroll and Robert Lang. It contains some designs from the previous book and several new models.

In my opinion, this is a good way to come out with newer editions as the buyer gets value every time. Quite unlike some other authors who just redesign their covers with the same contents inside.
