OMG!!! I wish I had come up with this!

They NEED to make this into a film/afterschool special. Fumiaki Kawahata's design can star!

I don't recognise the design on the front of the book. Does anyone?

FWIW, my Yoda model on my fishgoth.com website is ideally sized for a finger puppet (old photo below) - I wonder if it had any influence whatsoever? Diagrams for this model are on my wesbite, and were included in an issue of the German Official Star Wars fanclub magazines, after they asked me for some.

Of course, I dream about it someday becoming a movie. And if that ever happens, I want Fumiaki Kawahata himself to be in the movie!

I'm very happy to find out that Fishgoth is responsible for the Yoda model he posted above. It is really great!

I folded the Yoda on the cover of the book, but --alas-- did not diagram it and am not skilled enough to know how to make it again without taking it apart. Which I'm too scared to do.

I read this book as an ARC (advanced reading copy) which is a copy they give to librarians before that book is published. I think the title fit perfectly, the book was really strange, but also somewhat amusing.
