Hi there!
As you can see, I am new here. I am folding since 2004, but only in "phases". Sometimes I fold a lot, sometimes I fold nothing lasting for months. Mainly I like modular origami. But this are just a few informations about me. ;o)
I have three questions:
1. How do you store/preserve/keep your origami paper? I ordered some paper and some aren't in an extra box. I've read, that paper doesn't like sunlight and too large boxes.
2. What means CP?
3. Do you think, that animals are heavier to fold than the modular models? Since I've been trying to fold the rabbit from Miyajima Noboru, I think animals are more difficult ... so I love to fold my modular models, because this rabbit and others get me to the limit of my patience! ;o)
Thanks for your attention and your answers! ;o)
Greets,
Josie
PS: Sorry, if my English isn't so perfect. I'm not a natural speaker.
PPS: I used the "search-function" in the board, but didn't find a match to my first question.

its the pattern of mountain and valley folds that you get if you unfold a model.
there's also a thread about it

there's a big (25 pages long) paper topic in which you can find or ask everything you need1. How do you store/preserve/keep your origami paper

CP means crease Pattern.2. What means CP?

it heavily depends on the model. some animal models are simple and quick to do and some modular models are a pain in your neck. there's surely no universal answer to that question.3. Do you think, that animals are heavier to fold than the modular models?
