recently I´ve folded hideo komatsu´s tiger ... at first some one or two models as a test, then a a tiger out of approx. 70cm x 70 cm flip-chart-paper.

after folding all 240 steps I´ve been really proud ...

...

... until I discovered that I forgot to fold step 93 ...

Franz, I think you chose the wrong Forum section when you posted this message. The "Using the Forum" is the section that deals with technical difficulties and questions on how to post certain things, such as images, embedded videos et cetera. Your message probably belongs in either the "Diagrams and Crease Patterns" section or the "General Origami Talk" section. :)

As for disappointing folding sequences; Pretty much every modular origami model I've created falls under this heading. Usually the folding is relatively tedious and whenever I try to put things together it won't stay in place, thus making the whole structure collapse all the time..

Fortunately, I cannot recall having the same problem as you had ( that is, forgetting a step ).

why step 93 was so special?

step 93 creates an additional stripe of the tiger. someone not knowing the komatsu-tiger would not care about this. but if you see the komatsu-tiger with all the stripes, you know, every time you look at your tiger, that you´ve missed something.

well, nevertheless, of course my tiger is by far not as perfect as the one of master komatsu.

@adam: oooops, thank you for the hint. my topic really seems to be wrong in this section. maybe one of the moderators can move it?
