Does anyone know how to fold complex origami Birthday card

Any diagram for these kind of complex origami cards? is actually for my grandma. 80th birthday. so i am thinking of creating a birthday card from a sheet of paper.. but instead of cuts i use fold..

if possible i would like to have a cake with 8 candles that will pop out when the card is open.
