what is mc annd how do you use it

i alwys hear bonded with mc and treated with mc what does that mean?
MC stands for MethylCellulose which is a non-toxic chemical frequently used as wall-paper paste. It can be used to provide a little more structure when you are wet-folding Origami, to add a little more stiffness to tissue paper, and it can be used as a weak paste when attaching two pieces of paper, such as tissue and foil.
