The design looks pretty solid, but I have some recommendations on shaping and detail-folds that I think could make it look better. Firstly, I think you should use thinner (or larger or both!) paper-there will be less thicknesses and you will be able to more easily shape the model to your liking. Here are my suggestions:

-Thin the lower hind legs. This will not only make them thin enough, but give the impression of a nice meaty thigh.

-Give the neck some shape! Angle it upwards and differentiate the head a little bit more-as it is it is just kind of sticking straight out.

-This is more on the picky side, but you may want to fold the arms so that the claws are on the inside of the feathers rather than on the outside. It looks a bit odd to me as it is, but you may have a different idea.

Really good job so far! The design looks really good. It just needs to be cleaned up and tweaked a bit for it to be perfect.

thanks. i need to work on the folding process for the face and neck to reduce the thickness. i really like all your suggestions so i'll work on that. its hard to see cause this paper doesn't have colour change but there are eyes on the face.

Design is really good, I like it! One of very small amount of designes, which forgot the "Jurassic parc" from Hollywood and really describe the real velociraptor. One small problem is with the head. The real one (after last scientific descriptions) is not so bloodthirsty...
