I love the paper, since the size was zo convenient for complex origami.
A couple of months ago they announced they had their shop re-arranged and they were closed for a couple of weeks.
When it reopened I felt a huge disappointment: it turned into this arty-farty shop with half of its usual supply and the foil was gone!
Yesterday, I decided to ask them about it. The lady in the story didn't feel like helping at all and told me they got rid of the foil. After asking about the importer (that was Japanese) and some nagging she went to the back to check if they had any left. She came back with 3 sheets of wrinkled foil which I could have for free. The rest of the stock they threw away! Last time I was there before they closed down they still had a huge supply!
The idea of them throwing away good paper was like a stab in the chest! I am still not quite over it. The wrinkled sheets can hardly be used anymore (maybe people have an idea how to iron/smoothen it). I went to an amazing paper store where they even have imported papers from Japan, but they did not know how to get it either.
