Hi,

I have about 40 books in my collection, not including about 4 binders holding hundreds of pages of diagrams that I've got from the net.

I used to think very highly of my collection, until Robin Macey (BOS member I met at a Notthingham mini-meeting) told me he had over 300 books in his collection.m I mean - WOW!

I also have some convention guides (not sure whether to count that as an origami book), 2 Chris Palmer CD's that set me back a lot of money and my two proudest books including Tanteidan 7 and 8.

Not too bad, the video's are great, because some of the manouveres just are difficult to understand from diagrams.

Having said that, I paid £80 for the two CD's, but I would still have preferred a book. Books are so much handier; you can just fold anywhere!

The Cd's do come with some Crease patterns, but I've only folded from the videos though.

The 2 CD's I have are the Flower Tower and Boxes CD.

I have probably like 10-20 books in my library not counting the books I have on my computer. I have too many diagrams on my computer to count too. I want to get ahold of David Shall's Statue of Liberty tape.

I haven't exactly counted, but during one round of moving I found I had about 5-6 wine boxes stuffed with origami books. Worked out to about 120 kg (about 260lb) in total.

Curious observation: On average, origami books are about 1.25x denser than normal fiction books and textbooks. :D

I need to recount my books. my latest booklist is from december 2004 and I had 77 books then. I bought some books in the last month, lately "Tea Bag Folding" by Janet Wilson and Tiny Plas (out of curiosity)
