Clear Info Topics

There are some questions about models that arise ever so often, but for a newbie it often is hard to read through a x-pages long thread to search for the right answer even if it is there (sometimes even several times). The solution would be to make clear info topics. What I mean with that is that someone would collect all the relevant info from a topic and combine it in one long post in a new topic. The individual steps could be sorted by relevance (most asked for step first) or in chronological order.
Such Topics could be marked as clear info topics by naming them "[CIT] Author - Model Name".
A good example would be the Ancient dragon by Satoshi Kamiya with the most asked for step being step 84 if I remember correctly. All important info to do this step is already there with pictures, explanations and so on. It just needs to be sorted and posted in a clear way. Other things such a topic could contain are paper recommendations (kind of paper, starting size,...).
These topics would not be for discussion of the model but only to give the most important informations. The discussion should continue in the main topic of the model.
Volunteers are welcome, so if you have some time left please help.
