Hi,

we've opened an IRC Origami Channel for those of you who feel the need to chat with some others (f.e. to improve your English  )

The channel name is #Origami on irc.rizon.net.

Some ways to get there:

1. Online IRC Client: http://www.rizon.net/index.php?do=chat

Login with any nickname (preferably your Forum nickname so we know who you are) and then type

Code: Select all

/join #Origami
2. For Firefox-Users: chatzilla-Addon

To connect to irc.rizon.net type

Code: Select all

/attach irc.rizon.net
and then join #Origami like above

3. Any other IRC-Client. Google will help :)

Hope to see you there :D
So long and keep folding ^_^

Let's meet every Sunday on the IRC chat Daydreamer announced above. Possible subjects could be "creating your own model", "diagramming software", "how to fold/shape something",...
I'm unsure what time would be the best to enable lots of us to come by.

Well, in my experience with IRC the best is just to hang out there all the time you can. You don't have to always chat there, just keep the client in background and pop in and out occasionally if there isn't any discussion.

I'm making it a point to idle in the #Origami channel on irc.rizon.net as much as I can from now on.
Living in Australia means that I'm mostly awake when everyone else is asleep, but I'll hang around anyway, and I can see what people said while I was away.
