methyl cellulose+diluted white glue for double tissue

Post by origamifreak_1.6180339889 »

i dont know if anyone has ever tried this before, but mix together methyl cellulose and diluted white glue and make tissue paper out of it. it sticks together much better, uses less methyl cellulose, dries quicker, and i believe it creates less wrinkles. I just made this discovery last week. i used about 1 cup of methyl cellulose, and 1 cup of diluted white glue (approximately 1/2 white glue, 1/2 water). it works great. :D
