Ben 10 Origami

Has anyone made any good-quality Ben 10 Characters? maybe as a present for someone between 5-10?
I have created a Terraspin (The helicopter Turtle thingy
) and a jetray (The manta like flying bat 
). All of the creatures have really silly names 
but they are good designs and should have the honour of being made out of origami.
