I had course on C, C++, MATLAB. Since then I love programming. C is my most favorite language of all. I have worked with PHP too.

I was on scratch for a few years, but got bored, now i'm reading this
and hoping to start using python and pygame a bit more. At one point i was also looking at java and pascal, but i'll stick to python until further notice. Also, in I.T. Lessons, we have started doing "gamemaker" and "Kodu Game lab" both of which are focused on games, involve basic programming, and can't be called programming languages in their own right.

I have programmed or scripted in Assembler, ASP, Basic, C, C++, Flash Actionscript, Java, Javascript, Pascal, Python, PHP, Visual Basic, and maybe some others that I've forgotten to list.
I love programming, but I haven't had cause to do any in recent years.

Unless you're using the code, it's easier and more capable than scratch.
If you use the code as a habit, it can become an extremely clever program. I haven't been taught the code yet.

I took a class but it was only for dragging commands. I learned gml on the forum at http://gmc.yoyogames.com/

Who, me?

I made a lot of things that were examples from books, or assignments for courses, but I also made some stuff for my own enjoyment.

When I was first learning C I made a little demo where you could enter a word and then navigate the word around the screen as a snake.

Back in high school for a Visual Basic assignment I made a Yahtzee (The dice rolling game, not the video game reviewer) game. That was pretty cool.

With ASP I wrote a simple guestbook to let people leave comments on my webpage.
I think I worked on making a little forum too, with threads and replies and all that. Not sure if I ever finished that though. I know my best friend made one that worked.

I was introduced to Python at a programming summer camp and as a team we used it to build a search-engine. I mostly worked on the code that fetched a webpage, stripped out the HTML tags and passed each word through to the indexing code. That was where I learnt all about regular-expressions.

With Flash Actionscript I made a little interactive thing where a small creature chases a dandelion fluff.
You can see that on my deviantart page: http://spiritofcat.deviantart.com/art/I ... -1-8035195

That's really cool! Whenever I try a programming project I end up not finishing because of some type of setback (copyright, expenses).

Does anyone know any MIDP 2.0 compatible versions of any programming language? I never have much time on a computer, and i know this is sad, but i want to program on my phone! If anyone knows any MIDP 2.0 (specific type of java) versions of a programming language, linking to them would really be good, thanks!
Ps, i think this is my 1000th post!
