My wife was after a mammoth for her class room display, the perfect excuse to fold this excellent one by Artur Biernacki
Great fun to fold! Folded from 40cm sq of lokta, re-used from an earlier failure (of Kamiya's Inoshishigami, I think) After a coat of mc you could barely see the crease lines, its amazing paper!

Wow, that stag beetle is super sharp...amazing!
Here's a little bird I've come up with
I'm quite pleased with this design as its fully closed, has a good lock and only needs a small sheet

Re: What have you folded lately?
I have folded Ryu Zin 1.2
I did a colour change on the feet.
And I folded a bullfrog by Roman Diaz.
Just a quick question, is it acceptable to post photos on the forum with crappy backgrounds/quality?
I apologise for my terrible photos, I can't be asked to get a proper camera

@BlueFireOrigami
I highly recommend you to read through these two topics about photography:

One main thing you should consider, is to use a curved sheet of paper as background.
The next two important things are good light and that you go farther away with your camera when taking the photo. You can always crop a photo afterwards, but there is no way to get a good sharp model on your photo when your camera focussed on the background behind.

Birds on the brain this week...
These are folded from 25cm squares of momizome washi, not great for this model but it does look rather nice. I was planning on folding a whole flock (still got 15 sheets of this paper) but I think I've run out of steam for now!

Folding after quite some time, so went with something nice and easy. Thanks to Sara for a good tutorial.

Re: What have you folded lately?
I folded Diaz' Coyote last weekend. I've been very busy, sadly almost no time at all for folding.
