Yes, it is. I usually mention this, as you can see here:
https://unfoldingyourart.wordpress.com/ ... 2/tropico/
In english:
I oriented myself to Michael LaFosse's folding method for butterflies and wanted to design a possible "curved" butterfly. This is folded from 20x20cm Lokta.
I forgot this time, to mention, sorry.

Flight Of The Grasshopper
Designed and folded by me.
This is obviously inspired by Brian Chan's amazing one. I am a big fan of his one and instead of working out the cps for his I decided to design my own.
The walking one is boxpleated on a grid of 40 and uses a 40cm square of tissue foil.
The perched one is boxpleated on a grid of 40 and uses a 40cm square of tissue foil. The perched one Cp is the same as the walking one but with a minor modification on the back legs.
The flying one is boxpleated on a grid of 52 and uses a 50cm square of paper.
Overall I am extremely happy with the way this turned out.

It is time to put the mystery and misery of the Flexisquare puzzle to rest.

The puzzle uses a 360 degree twist. You might think after viewing the first part of the video that this fold might only be used when there is a cut in the middle of a sheet of paper. Keep viewing, I use the same 360 degree twist with a puzzle that is folded from one rectangle and has NO CUTS.

Best of Luck

Nice! I may have to try this one sometime.
thanks! But I am not going to release the cp... The cp is only for the base and all the colour changes are added later. The cp will be useless unless you know how to do the colour changes... Sorry.

Flying Rainbow Stag Beetle. Folded from a 45cm square tissue foil.

I meant more as a subject. lol

Robert Lang's Goatfish and Pegasus
Didn't do the pleats on the wings, I liked it better without.

Satoshi Kamyia's Carnotaurus
Turned out pretty good I thought. The tail isn't actually as bad as it looks. When I cut the paper, the tissue didn't quite cover the one corner so the paper is just white there. That was supposed to be the head, but apparently I did it backwards. That's why there is so much more white on the one side of the tail #-o

paper for both is Thai unryu (red, black or green) MC'ed to Japanese kozo (white)
