What have you folded lately?

first, Wen Fu Kai, that is the most realistic origami horse i have ever seen. second, DZIGGITAI, that is an amazing centipede.

i folded Robert Lang's Taurantula, Fernando Gilgado's Demon, and Marc Kirchenbaum's Bee.

I've been folding more models from Origami Fantasy by Fumiaki Kawahata. I finished folding all of the duckbilled dinosaurs from the book. Here's a picture of them.

Taking up an old challenge by Wolf I've created this Perseus holding the head of the medusa in his hand, from an uncut 22cm square of MC-treated Mulberry paper.

I've realized after designing the CP that it is basically the same as (or at least very similar to) Wolf's Hexblade only using a division of 40 instead of 36 and some other small differences. But I think it's original enough to call it my own model

Cupcake, you should consider using different paper than copy paper for your models. They might look a lot better with better paper...

Chocobo by Satoshi Kamiya from an 18cm square of MC-treated double tissue paper.

I have better paper, but I'm afraid to use it

Mainly because I have so little. Once I feel that I have folded the model well enough, I will try it with my better paper. Maybe someday I'll live close to a paper store, then I won't have to worry so much...
Also, I have some very large foils and other different types of paper saved for when I get Works of Satoshi Kamiya! (I ordered it about 2 weeks ago)

Finally, I finished the cicada out of th Complete Book of Origami

I am still proud of myself for managing to fold this, finally (this was not my first attempt).

Daydreamer, I see you actually got the dragon to look right! The head of mine(all 4 attempts) is always long, flat and smashed.

The great thing about being in a place where nobody does origami is that no matter what you do, everyone will think its incredible.
