If you refer to the mantis and the grey conquistador bust on my blog, they are by Lang and Elias respectively. A quetzalcoatl, in principle yes, why not, I'd have to look at some documentation before I decide it's something I want to do or not...

Yes, it is wetfolded. Luckily, my hand isn't much like that, though I did take it as a model: straining every tendon and muscle in order to make things stick out as much as I could without hurting was a good way to find out which features to exagerate in order to get this caricatural shape.

may i ask where i can find ur english blog. I know only a smattering of french and having an english counterpart would allow me to better understand ur work

Maplesanta, in order to read the blog in English, simply check out the Errrrm What page or click the flags on the right to toggle En/Fr :). This will work if your browser allows cookies.
