This weekend I designed a whirligig.(Macrogyrus Striolatus) It is a type of water insect. The angles of the cp are really odd.

You're right.. it's really hard to get it right (especially the legs.. because mine looks too thick/fat)..

I finish my phoenix 3.5 from a friend diagram based on the CP. :D but we dont know how to complete the wings :cry:

Araknoid, That King Peacock is excellent!! The colours are great!

More shaping? Sounds like a good idea. The model was folded out of 10 inch foil, so once I'm better with wetfolding and such, I'll try to fold it out of a nice large sheet of hanji. The CP for it is basically the same for my Fighter, but with some grafts inserted somewhere...
