This model looks really simple, but is actually very interesting

Really simple model based off of fish base and lots of pleats

Hideo Komatsu - Lion

I have been trying to reverse engineer this for my own purposes and am really close. This is my best looking model to date.

Very nice Notefold will it have a little tail in the finished version? Lovely fold Ondrej, It looks like the one in Nausicaa.

Yea, this particular diagram doesn't make the Ohmu's tail taper off. Nonetheless I think it's a great model. If I remember correctly, you can omit (Ohm-it? ) some of the precreases in the grid.

Hi, Joe! yes.. the color changes are odd I think. But it's cute and elegant. I should check the database for more of Forcher's models.

Ditto. I didn't know this model existed but it is very similar to his Donkey which I fold quite often.

Look whooo poped up - based on a 1968 model by Kunihiko Kasahara - highly modified to add eyes and made into a pop-up version.

Card/holder is one square - the pop-up owl is also one square - attached together by folding - no glue
