I haven't had much time to fold anything lately. I did manage to fold a few from Maekawa's Genuine Origami:

Yes, there is a Frog-eating snake in the same book!

Frog-eating snake designed by Katsuhisa Yamada from Amazing Animals - Perfect Shot - 15*15cm uncut square.

The size of finished model is about (cm): 6 in height and 10.5 in length.
