Dude! You're still making those models at such a quick pace. And since you only learnt to fold cps recently they are really good.

Here is a video showing all the features of the Duesenberg Too. Even if you have viewed the video on Flickr, please take a look at this video – it contains much more information. It is NOT an instructional “How to do it” video ! For the time being, I would like to keep this a “one of a kind artistic creation”. However, it does include some information on “What it took to do it” so those unfamiliar with this type of origami can understand and hopefully appreciate the process and the rules which I followed in constructing the model. Even for many familiar with origami techniques, my “Slip and Stick” creations are a bit outside the box in the usual design process for Origami! I’ve just begun exploring Google Sketchup as both a design tool and the potential for creating animated instructional videos for somewhat simpler creations. The little animation showing the initial dimensions may show some of the potential for this software. By the way the Dimensions were reduced from a length of 21” as shown in the animation to 17” and all other dimensions were adjusted and displayed automatically in Sketchup! This was done before I made the first real fold.

Hi! It's been a long while since I've been active on here. I deleted my Dropbox years ago, so some things, like my Dragonfly Varileg guide, are lost to time. I may still have other things, though! Email me if you have any questions.

Well it's been some time since I've visited these forums or folded anything. It's nice to see more people posting their own original designs these days.

After a frustrating paper search and some good folding sessions, I redid my sulcata design with 43cm tissue foil, substituting one side with some nicer paper I found, though I can't be sure what kind it was. It didn't fold as clean as I'd hoped and I had to use tweezers to keep pulling rougue fibers out, but here it is:

This time around there are four times as many spurs on the front legs and I gave it sort of beak and lower jaw (but the pictures showing it sucked). I also reduced the number of extraneous creases.

Once I remember my flickr password and the lock on my account expires, I'll have more pictures on my blog, hah.
