Montroll's Stegosaurus being checked out by two of mine:

Image

Regular cheap origami paper for Montroll's, some very thick but wonderfully textured paper for the middle one, and tissue foil sandwich for the one on the right right. The lower legs/feet are changed from the instructions on the Montroll one. I'm not fond of the forward-pointing foot look on dinosaur patterns, so I just tuck the tip under and leave it more abstract.
when i resize my photos, they become a little blurry..is there a specific resizer i could use that doesnt have this problem? any tips in general?
What program are you using right now? Some programs have a little tick box for whether or not to blur the image when it's resized, so if you're using a big program you may need to tell it specifically not to blur things when resizing. I have been lazy and just using MS Paint, which has no such options and is usually pretty good about keeping sharpness when shrinking (until I save them as jpg...then, of course, it fuzzes the edges sometimes).

quentin, your forthcoming book is going to be a thick one with all these beautiful models. i like the typical changes of colour in your style of folding.

Bird and Lizard.

Post by Origami_Hunt »

Beautiful models every one.

I folded a bird and a lizard, although I am not quite satisfied with the legs of the later. Maybe in another attempt.

Hope you enjoy them.

The bird is great! The lizard does need some work, but it looks like it could easily be modified into an allosaurus or some other bipedal dinosaur.

Thanks Zoraz.

Probably the only thing salvageable from the lizard is the head (and the cue).

Please use private messages to talk in other languages than English, it is unfair to anyone else if you write in a language that most of our members do not understand.
